ON-VEHICLE INSTALLATION FOR RETRO-FIT APPLICATIONS

Installation of the Thermolastic system requires no specialist tooling and can be applied successfully by semi-skilled labour. This makes it ideal for retro-fit applications that can be installed either by the end user (fleet operator etc..) or the provider of the new filtration units.
For smaller OEM production runs and prototype evaluations it can fitted and supplied by the pipe manufacturer.

FOR OEM & LARGER PRODUCTION VOLUMES

when larger production runs are involved, installation times and costs can be reduced by the use of bespoke Thermolastic kits designed to fit around tighter bends or complex areas such as measurement probes or urea injection units. The kits include specially designed insulation segments or wedges and specific shapes that can incorporate the complex areas mentioned.
